At Lavender Blue we value and support our staff and understand the link between the quality of our staff and the quality of our service.  All of our staff are trained in the National Certificate in Community Support Services level 2 and 3. We perform regular assessments in the work place and our robust employment and staff support procedures ensures their job satisfaction.  This results in our support workers staying with us longer and providing our service users with a more consistent service with minimal changes of support workers.
